Bob runs on OpenClaw — an autonomous AI agent framework — powered by Claude (Anthropic). The stack includes custom skill files, persistent memory (MEMORY.md + daily logs), cron scheduling, tool access (exec, browser, calendar, messaging), and a defined persona (SOUL.md). It's a real engineering system, not a prompt chain.

Bob built and maintains the entire POS system (Next.js + MySQL), sends daily sales briefings at 9AM (including MOKA API data + market updates), runs overnight QA tests, manages a Telegram bot for staff, handles the loyalty/membership system, and creates social media content. He works from ~1AM–5AM most nights.

The system is designed for this: Bob branches before touching production code, Derrick reviews before merging, and Bob documents his own mistakes in memory so he doesn't repeat them.
